I’m posting this gripe on behalf of my friend who attended the previously mentioned Decemberists concert with me. Have you ever attended a concert where the entire crowd is sitting, and for some unknown reason, the person in front of you decides to stand up - FOR THE WHOLE SHOW? Sure, it’s their right to enjoy the show standing, but it’s also incredibly annoying. Well, my friend had to deal with that problem. Even worse though, the girl standing in front of him also felt the need to dance the entire time. Leaning to view around a person is hard enough…moving your head back and forth in an opposing pattern to their non-rhythmic gyrating is not a fun way to view a show.
So in honor of that girl, I present this video we took of her annoying (and bad) dancing.
If you’re going to dance and piss off everyone behind you, please, PLEASE just keep with the beat next time.
